The Elmley Foundation
Spark Arts is working with The Elmley Foundation supporting arts and non-arts organisations in the early stages of their development or during a period of transition on project definition, identifying funding and writing funding applications. Alongside this work there is also be a programme of strategic and tactical arts development in key areas of interest for The Elmley Foundation in both Worcestershire & Herefordshire. As part of the latter programme of activity Charlotte Brennan is working with the Worcestershire Arts Partnership to develop and implement its arts delivery streams and support its strategic impact.

Dancefest
Spark Arts has been engaged as Project Manager for '12 Moves'. '12 Moves' is a 2 year programme of classes, projects and performances in Worcestershire, commissioned through the People Dancing programme, bringing the county alive with dance.
The project, led by Dancefest, has several key objectives including improving the health of hard to reach groups through dance, bringing people together to enjoy dance in unusual places and create new dance work through digital arts.
'12 Moves' is an artistic collaboration that brings together video artists of international repute with a choreographer, professional dance artists and a composer, their mission is to inspire, involve and amaze.
'12 Moves' is part of the People Dancing programme, part of the West Midlands' Culture Programme for London 2012 funded by Legacy Trust UK, Arts Council England West Midlands and Advantage West Midlands.

Worcester Live
Spark Arts is currently working with Worcester Live's key management team to develop a strategic marketing and audience development plan. The second phase of the contract is to devise and implement a fundraising plan to enable the realisation of the organisation's ambitions.
